At LILLYWHITE FACILITIES LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items if they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns for opened or used cleaning products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@lillywhitefacilities.shop with:
- Your order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return
We’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
4. Free Returns?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage.
