2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We use Stripe to process payments securely. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £30 within the UK. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return unused items for a full refund. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
6. Product Information
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders if information is inaccurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for losses you suffer is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
